Thank you to IBEX for bringing us to facilitate a virtual workshop for your employees in a lunch n’ learn. Mind the GAHP guided their employees through a personalized assessment that would help them find work-life balance. We also had a great group discussion that instilled community care and teamwork into the class environment. We then shared anonymous employee results with their leadership team, facilitating a comprehensive understanding of the organizational landscape and empowering them to make informed decisions for continuous improvement. We debuted our Student Mental Health Ambassador Program for her class and also guided them through a personalized assessment that would help them find school-life balance. Virtual Corporate Wellness

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we transitioned our in-person programming to a virtual platform. On April 17, 2020, we hosted our first virtual workshop, 'Your Best Balanced Life' for working professionals from various states on the East Coast of the United States. Mind the GAHP, alongside a certified therapist, guided the employees through a personalized assessment that would help them find work-life balance

Student Mental Health Ambassador Program™, March 6, 2020

We partnered with Johnson C. Smith University to officially launch our peer-to-peer mental health program, The Student Mental Health Ambassador Program™ on their campus. Our first workshop on finding balance will be led by a Student Mental Health Ambassador.

'Your Best Balanced Life' Workshop, September 26, 2019

NC State University

We partnered with Wellness and Recreation at NC State University to bring our balance workshop to their campus during their Healthy Campus Week! Our attendees were able to learn how to calm stress & anxiety, find balance, get their questions answered by campus counselors during our anonymous Q&A session, enjoy some delicious food, and even go home with goody bags sponsored by Wellness and Rec and the Women’s Center at NC State!
